- 8x10, 5x7, or 3x5 professional photograph of area where the ashes were scattered
- Playing of music, reading a message, poem, or verse during the scattering. You provide the tape, CD, or verse; it will be returned to you.
- Filing of all necessary paperwork to comply with County, State, and Federal law as applicable.
- Return of completed “Application and Permit for Disposition of Human Remains” aka VS-9.
- Permit fees for locations that require them.
